When you hear Kamikaze you think "a person who's not afraid to confront any challenge even as extreme as death." That indeed is KamikazeLyricist.
Born in Fort Myers, FL Kamikaze grew up as one of five children. Once reaching the age of 4 or 5 when he could begin to be aware of his surroundings, he realised lifes not perfect, and he wasnt happy. His father left his familly high and dry at a young age, leaving his mother in a tough situation. Despite the prediciment with his father, Kamikaze began to notice all of the corruptions within this world. From school systems to the white house, Kamikaze could not be fooled. Although these things aggrivated him he felt there was nothing he could really do. Aggrivation turned to frustration, frustration turned to anger and he had to find a release for these emotions.. He quickly became known as a "trouble maker" or a "bully" from his violent and arrogant behaviors. Stealing, Fighting, Drinking, Smoking none of it was out of the norm for the young adolesent Kamikaze. He soon found a temporary alternate release for aggresions, Football. It was on the 50 yard line of Storms Stadium where he first was referred to as Kamikaze. His nickname grew power as he earned his respect on and off the field. Though football was working out for him, life was not good. At age 13 he was thrown out on the streets by his mother and brothers father.
With problems within his familly growing worse this placed a heavy burden on Kamikaze. By age 14 he had found a new way to express his emotions, poetry. He would write poetry for hours in his room hiding it when he was done. He wrote poetry for himself and didnt think he should show anyone. It wasnt until hearing poetry translated to rhyme from hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur that Kamikaze knew what he wanted to do with his poetry. He started trying to turn all of his poetry into rhymes or lyrics. Showing good success he started to write lyrics and rhymes regularly. He still however had yet to actually rap them in front of anybody, he was nervous. At the age of 17 he began using his aggressions towards the corruption and lies within the world as his fuel in his rap. Freestyling with all the MCs he could find, anytime he could, Kamikaze quickly harnessed his skills as an MC. In no time he had stepped up to battling. His name spread like an epidemic as he beat the unbeatable time and time again. It was clear he had more than earned his respect locally battling. So, what comes next? Recording. Kamikaze had heard a Demo CD from a local artist "Siege". The two met and began doing home recordings on the computer, two or even three tracks a day. The Dynamic-Duo quickly made a name for themselves with the group tag "PoW's". Doing everything from battling to club tracks it was clear the two had a way with words no one could deny.

Present day, The 21 year old from Fort Myers, FL is our KamikazeLyricist. His explosive yet meaningfull music is astonishing fans all around the world. With the fanbase locally in Florida being stronger than ever, KamikazeLyricist live is an act people never want to miss. The internet also plays a large roll in his career, making for the thousands of fans who check his sites daily.
