Hi and welcome to our band site.
Julienne as a band has been going since June 2006. The line up is Julie Helen on lead and Bv's, Scott Thomas on Keyboards/bass lines/Bv's, & Gareth Miller on Drums. It's hard to describe our music but it's a melodic mixture of all-sorts of styles with 24 tracks almost completed. Have a listen to 6 for now and tell us what YOU think. We will be adding more songs very soon

Why this name?
Easy. An extension of Julie's name and we liked the sound of it.
Do you play live?
Yes. We all have loads of live experience and have gigged loads in the past. We are yet to perform as Julienne we are planning on doing some London gigs shortly. We all enjoy performing to an audience live and hope that together we will have some special moments to come.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
Well it gives all talented people an equal chance for success so fingers crossed and let's see how it works out for us.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Maybe. I think we would if it was right for us.
Band History:
We have been working on our Julienne project since June 2006 and have so far written 24 songs out of nowhere and they just keep on coming, which is great as it keeps us all happy. We are searching for a good Manager to help us on this road, so if you are interested please drop us a line. We will be gigging live shortly to get exposure for the songs and to see where we go from there.
Your influences?
Julienne's influences are - Sheryl Crow, Nerina Pallet, Stevie Nicks, David Coverdale, Chrissie Hynde, Michael McDonald, Sam Brown, Kate Bush, Keane, Manic Street Preachers, Toto, The Who, Blondie and many many more.
Favorite spot?
The Chiltern Hills and London.
Equipment used:
Triton Studio, Trinity, RD 700, Allen and Heath desk, Pearl Masters Kit, Lexicon Effects, Shure Beta mics, Qsc Amps, Peavey cabs etc.
Anything else...?
We have had our fair share of experiences in music but one things for sure we are all still very hungry and ambitious and will never stop writing.
