I am a solo artist and I use FL Studio. I experiment with my music until I get it just right then I create it and render it. When it's done, I convert it and upload it for everyone here to listen. It's a great way to pass the time and it helps take my mind off everything. It's just me and the music.
Why this name?
I chose this name because it's my name.
Do you play live?
I have not played live before. I might play live someday.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
MP3 and the internet is the thing nowadays, fewer people are buying CDs. There are also songs and other works you cannot obtain through CDs on the internet as well, like rare demos or other works. However, nothing beats buying a new CD and seeing its glossy booklet in its jewel case or Digipak case. Just the content and the assurance that the songs are straight from the publishers. Also, there are fan editions, special editions, etc. of albums that include either a bonus DVD, a bonus booklet, etc. or maybe even a special silver tin container. Either way, it's still nice to have music on your computer to pack onto your digital audio player or iPod.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Definitely.
Band History:
I started when I came across FL Studio online. I decided to check it out and I found it to my liking. Now look where I am! Ha-ha.
Your influences?
My musical influence is my dad, who has been a drummer for years now. Unfortunately, he's not in a band right now, but he's itching to play.
Favorite spot?
My favorite spot is chilling in my room, either playing some PS3, writing or making journal entries (I got a password-protected Microsoft Word document that's over 100 pages now!)
