I'm a singer, songwriter, and producer with 34 years of playing experience.
After years of playing other bands it's refreshing but a bit scary to finally be solo. That said I've a great bunch of supportive musical friends who always help out with recordings.
I have to say thanks to all the many people who have supported my Musical endeavours through the years. There are too numerous names to mention, so just a big thanks to you all!

Do you play live?
I haven't played live for a couple of years. I used to play several times a week, but I've been focused on recording for some time.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It would depend on the contract on offer.
Band History:
After playing in bands for years as the main singer songwriter I've been more focused on writing and production for the last few years. The last time I played live was in 2000. It was broadcast on Radio Scotland as part of the 10th birtday celebration for the Cathouse nightclub in Glasgow.
My main bands were Beyond The Edge in the 80s and then Needful Things in the 90s.

I started a free songs, songwriting and music resource site in 2000. The site continues to expand with an active songwriting and music community, articles, tutorials, band pages, news streams, glossary, and links. Songstuff covers creative, technical and business subjects.
