Reviewers often compare him to G3ers Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, and Eric Johnson. He has been nominated for numerous awards on Garageband, and has been voted “Most Versatile” and “Prowar Champion” on Guitarwar.com.
His independently produced CD, “Instrumental Conditioning,” will be released in January, 2006. Part of the profits will go to animal charities.

Why this name?
My mom and dad chose it for me.
Do you play live?
I love playing live. I haven't played out yet since moving to Mobile. This is a hazard of being an academic gypsy: It takes awhile to find band mates wherever you move. In Tallahassee, I played with the Jay Wells Band... I miss those guys, and we had a blast playing live.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's complicated. Internet and mp3s make it easier to distribute music, but harder to get paid for it.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It depends on the contract I suppose.
