Online Ad Sales Manager
The Online Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the online advertising sales business. It's a hand-on, highly demanding position. Excellent compensation package includes base salary and bonuses. Your job responsibilities are:The position requires also a drive to advance in the company. Over time, a full sales team must be established and led by you.
- Active and appropriately aggressive sales prospecting, lead generation, closing, follow-up, and follow-on sales activities.
- Sales proposal writing/quotation generation.
- Customer relations before, during, and after the sale; may include travel.
- Accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting.
- Coordinate and track ad placements to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare ad performance reports for clients, where necessary.
- Timely reporting on competitive challenges, sales obstacles and objections, and customer requests for new/different online advertising products

- 5-7 years of full-time online advertising sales experience
- Proven track record for generating online advertising sales in environments where prospects may not (initially) understand the benefits and advantages of online advertising
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to articulate the differential advantages of online advertising with contagious enthusiasm
- Team player able to merge efforts and skills with those of other aggressive and highly-skilled sales personnel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Flexible and entrepreneurial, good fit for small business culture
- Media buying experience a plus
- Prior relations with agencies a big plus
Senior Programmer (ColdFusion, SQL)

- 3-5 years of full-time programming in ColdFusion
- 3-5 years MSSQL experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized, ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Team player able to co-develop projects from start to finish
- Macromedia Flash and Actionscript experience a big plus
- Experience with streaming audio and mp3 a plus

- Microsoft and CF Certifications a plus

Customer Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION:SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- responds to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information in a courteous and professional manner
- analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures. Most customer requests are handled by email or internal solution center.
- handles sensitive customer data such as credit card information in a responsible manner
- screens new artist accounts and controls current accounts. Knowledge of current music trends is required to detect possible copyright violations.
- keeps management current on customer requests to improve overall customer satisfaction
- secondary tasks include minor photo imaging processing and community board supervision
