James Huddleston is a 17 year old composer born and living in Louisville, KY. He expressed an interest in music early in life yet did not begin to study the violin until the (late) age of 12. At age 14, he began to compose seriously, his first work even meriting a live performance by his school orchestra. Much of his early work has been excluded from his formal catalogue due to its inferior quality. His output is quite small thus far, but he plans to continue composing into adulthood. He currently attends duPont Manual high school where he plays violin in the Concert Orchestra at the adjacent Youth Performing Arts School.
