Well .... I haven't really advertised this stuff since I was in the studio. Born and raised in Liverpool, England ..... been playing in bars and clubs since I was 12 years old (Thanks Pete). Played in several different countries around the globe either as a Backing Vocalist/Rythmn/Lead Guitarist or playing as myself in my own band. Since then I have been working on some new music. My last recording of my music was in 2001. I did backing vocals and lead guitar on "The Hats" world tour CD in 2004. While they were here in the US. This year I returned home to the UK in June this year to perform a reunion charity gig with the band that got me started back when I was 14 years old. Incidentally they were all much older than me, most of which were in their late 20's early 30's at the time .... such bad influences but great guys .... Here's to "Kelly's Heroes". Right now, with thanks to all my friends, I decided to go ahead and put my music out there and see what kind of response I get. So far it's been awesome ..... Thank you everyone and keep listening. James
Eric Clapton, My Dad, The Who, Rolling Stones and yeah ... The Beatles ... wouldn't be right to not give the boys credit since they're from my hometown ! Mile Davis, Dizzy Gillespie, Johnny Johnson, Buddy Guy, Robert Cray, Sting ....... The list is endless. I love any type of music that sounds good to me from Classical to AC/DC. My heart belongs to the blues.
It's just me at the moment. I wrote, arranged, sang and did all the guitar work on this album. I have to give Kudos though to; Mike Tate, Bass Player/Manager, Jim Tate, Producer/ Sound, Tim Brosch, Drummer/Total Crazy Bugger, Joe Carroll, Keyboards, Nick Hassel, Underground Audio, Label/Studio
