Why this name?
There is a trail at the Grand Canyon that is named High Lonesome, and if you have ever been there, that is the perfect name.
We wanted our name to have roots as strong as our Arizona desert heritage. And you can't get more awesome than the Grand Canyon so it seemed like the perfect name.
Do you play live?
Yes, we play anywhere. Weddings, Birthday parties barmitzvahs. You know, all the major events.
We all have a special place in our hearts for music, if we didn't we wouldn't be doing it.

It's always a special moment when the crowd is having a good time.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
We think the internet is both good and bad for the industry. Good for promoting song's and artist, but bad because downloading music and not paying for it takes money away from the creators who should be paid for there work.
After all you wouldn't expect a plumber to work on your plumbing for free, would you?
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Hell yes,In a heartbeat.

Anything else...?
Please support "the arts" in schools everywhere.
If you take the arts away from our future generations, who will sing our songs, paint our pictures or act in our movies?

It's something to think about.
