This is my entry for "Blue Noize Solo Competition" in Youtube. Was made only for fun, testing an Epiphone Wilshire Ltd. Backing track is being provided by the chairman of this competition.

I am the band!.
My instrument is the guitar but, since I am alone, I write the lyrics, I write the songs, I sequence the drums and/or bass lines and, I have to sing (unfortunatelly for me and you).
I was playing in three bands long time ago, until I realized that I will never live from music.
My music was on stand-by until I recently had the minimum equipment to be able to recording, sequencing and mixing with acceptable results (not pro results, for sure).
My influences are, basically, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd and Deep Purple so, I tend to prefere Hard Rock and blues styles.
I have some kind of "musical-chip" in my brain that constantly creates songs. Most of them are lost because I haven't the possibility to work on them while I have the idea, some others because I am already working on other idea.
When I have the oportunity to involve other musicians in my projects, I am very happy, because I prefere that some others do the vocals, drums and basses but, this is happening very few times.Band/artist history
I started playing guitar very late (even, I was asking for a guitar to my fathers since I was 10 years old), when I was 18 years old.
My first guitar was an spanish one (classic). Bored about the sound, I quickly purchased a second hand electric guitar (a cheap copy of a Gibson Marauder), during the next year, and started to learn some chords and basics from a friend. Then, a few months later, I created NOSTOC with two more friends.
Let's say that I started to create music in my head really before I was able to play it!.
NOSTOC sounded crappy and weird. We never had money for good equipment. One of my projects is to recover the most interesting songs from that epoch, secquence all instruments except guitars (and bass in some cases) and voices and then hang all them in this page (but it would take a long time, since new songs are coming always).
All songs and lyrics were compossed by me, then, no copyright issues.
With NOSTOC I was playing pychodelic/progressive rock, very influenced by Pink Floyd or Genesis (as a very far background) but, soon I started to be a fan of Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Yes and the rest of the big dinosauries of 70's and 80's. How I understood the music was in conflict with how the rest of the group did it so, we disolved NOSTOC after one year and created HYDRA with the Nostoc's bassman and percusionist (now, as drummer).
I would like also to recover those songs that I also compossed for HYDRA and make the same, hang all them here.
HYDRA had a Hard Rock tone and was a really crazy and amazing time for me, being in contact with several of the bands that were in Barcelona on that time.
Then, the military obligatory service came and I had to leave the real world to play with soldiers (they wasted one of my better years).
When I was back from the military service, I was absolutelly stunned because the drummer sold the amp (the only amp we had, was owned by him) and the drums, so, we had no way to continue with the band.
I created a new group with one friend I had during the military service and 3 more people. The group was named LENGUAS DE FUEGO (Fire Tongues).
We were continuing with hard rock with more metallic touchs.
I would like also to recover a few songs from this epoch.
My friend (Albertus) has now a recording studio named "Libra Studios"
Everytime, I was creating still more songs that were never introduced to any of my groups (absolutelly unheared and unreleased till now) because we were not able to quickly 'digest' the few songs we played. So, I waited and waited until I was able to have addecuated instruments and software to reach the dream of record all this old material.
The blues "hoy he vuelto a ese bar" is one of those cases. I did the recording very quickly and used a cheap multimedia micro to recording the voice (now, I made a new voice recording and adjusted the mix). But, I've got still more songs sleeping on my head that I am interested on hanging here. Step by step.
The first NOS (New Old Stock) theme I rescued from the memories is "Angel del Dinero", this song was never introduced to any of my 3 bands because none of them were prepared to play something like this (neither me).
This is a really curious case. We were making cleansing at home and found a folder full of old lyrics (old songs I wrote during those years) and I needed to quickly record this one (I made it in 2 days).
I still have not enough skills for mixing and sound engineering so, I am sorry if the final quality is not as nice as you can get in a real recording studio but, I think they are audible enough and you can get the idea.
My music instint was sleeping for a very long time, because I hadn't right instruments, effects, PC and software.
As soon as I had the oportunity to check sequencers, I begun to investigate electronic sounds and did some little tests to other worlds (classic music, etc), some of this works will be also here in this page.Have you performed in front of an audience? Not actually.
I really like the sensations I can have in live performances.
I remember very greatefully the first time I was in a contest (and my band won it!). I was 19 years old.
Your musical influences
I have several faces for the music, but, I was more influenced (in different epochs) for the following people:
Pink Floyd, Yes, Genesis, Caravan, Camel
Jimi Hendrix, Robin Trower, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, White Snake, Rainbow, Janis Joplin
AC/DC, Van Hallen, Judas Priest, Scorpions, Ted Nuggent
Brand X, Nova, Steely Dan, Stevie Wonder, Santana, Iceberg
Jethro Tull, Dire straits, Police, Prince, James Brown, Queen
Fleetwood Mac, Peter Green, Jeff Beck, ZZ Top, Gary Moore
BB King, John L. Hooker, Stevie Ray Vaughan, the Crows
Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Black Crows, Lenny Kravitz...What equipment do you use?
This is changing from time to time, you know, the chase of "the sound" is eternal. Currently, I downgraded my guitars and upgraded my personal studio equipment and amp.
My current gear is:
Guitars: PRS 513 Rosewood, Fender American Deluxe HSS Stratocaster and Prestige Heritage Standard.
Amps: Koch Studiotone Combo and Orange Rockerverb 50 head + PPC212 cab
Audio Interface: Digidesign Digi-003 rack, PC integrated Realtek HD
Monitors: Dyanudio BM-5A active near field monitors
PC-speakers: Creative Gigaworks T10
Others: Palmer PDI-03 Speaker Simulator (to silently record guitars), Behringer Ultrapatch Pro PX3000 (baypatch) and Behringer Ultra;link Pro MX882 (DI interface to regulate input/output signals).Anything else?
I also love to jam. I jam always I can.Contact

Dude, you need to be charging for downloads on your stuff. I felt guilty downloading for free. Awesome guitar.
I am not able to play a simple melody in a keyboard and I have no idea of music (what note I am playing, harmony, melody, scales, and all that stuff), then I am entering every note in the score with the help of the mouse. Moving the note up and down until I get the pitch. I know, I kwow, I am a freaky.
