Warmest greetings, dear visitor.

Yep, that's me over there on the left trying to look all pensive and artistic (the picture was taken some time ago and I've added several inches of girth to the Glen torso since then, but you get the gist of what I look like).

Anyway, enough of this frivolous banter - let's get down to the nitty-gritty.

My name is Glen Stephens and I'm a songwriter (not pro, you understand, merely an ambitious amateur). If you'd be so kind as to enter the hallowed portals of this, my own little slice of the SoundClick empire, and grab a quick listen to some of my tunes you'd be making me a very happy man indeed. Furthermore I'd be positively ecstatic if you then emailed me here to let me know what you think once you've had a listen.

Well...what are you waiting for? Click on some of the song titles and enjoy the audio feast that awaits you.
Why this name?
I didn't choose it, the name was foisted upon me at birth. My parents didn't even bother to consult with me, they simply said: "You will be called Glen...like it or not". Of course had it been my choice I would have gone for something a little more snappier, like 'Stud Stephens' or something.

But there you go.
Do you play live?
Gigs these days are very few and far between for me. Maybe people just don't want to witness the death throes of a never-has-been desperately trying to prove he can still rock with the best of 'em (as long as I've got my Sanatogen and Zimmer frame).
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It gives bone-idle, lazy little slobs like myself the chance to get our music out to the masses - which is a great thing if you like the music of bone-idle, lazy little slobs.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Nah! Writers write, performers perform. But a decent publishing deal, absolutely.
Band History:
Once upon a time there wasn't me, now there is, and one day there won't be.

See, I can be concise if I need to.
Your influences?
Songwriters - past and present. From Goffin and King, Bacharach and David, Lennon and McCartney, and up to Rob Davis, Billy Steinberg, Brian Higgins etc.
These are the people I tug my forelock to.
Favorite spot?
Folkestone, Kent.
Equipment used:
Cubase SX3, Melodyne, Recycle. Korg X3 synth, Roland XV5050 sound module.
Fender Strat '57 re-issue (custom), various bass guitars and acoustics, etc.
