NEWS
In The Shadow of Leaves is NOT my song - I was simply the engineer on it for a band my son plays for called Down Goes Frasier. Give it a listen - and then purchase the download (ONLY .99 CENTS!!!). Well worth it for 7:41 of GREAT music!

A review from Garageband.com said it all:
Rich chords, soaring melodies, close harmonies and tight rhythms.
Glen's music has it all. -Garageband.com review

Do you play live?
For the past 14 years, I played live nearly every weekend. But, recently, the band has decided to go our separate ways. So, I'm currently focusing my efforts in the studio - both writing and recording.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The internet has opened up the WHOLE WORLD to every musician. It's allowed me to sell CDs from Egypt to Japan and nearly everywhere in between! I never could have achieved that without the internet.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If a major label would have me, I'd be happy to sign. But, the phone still isn't ringing off the hook. :-)
Band History:
My music has always been very personal to me. Even though it's my hobby, it's my passion as well. I've been writing music for about 25 years - and, as you'll hear, I try to vary my styles. Something from Power Ballads to Dance - and everything in between. I've also been in bands since I was about 13 years old (and that's a damn long time!) :-) I've had the pleasure of being the drummer in the "opening act" for:
Charlie Daniels Band,
The Monkee's,
The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band,
The Everly Brothers, and
Ricky Van Shelton
to name a few. In addition, Big Head Todd and the Monsters drummer, Brian Nevin, allowed me to "sit in" with the band when he actually used my DW kit for one of their concerts.

Your influences?
Phil Collins is my inspiration... He's first and foremost a drummer - but, moreover, he's a complete musician. Josh Groban is also an amazing vocalist.
Anything else...?

Music
Hard rock song written and recorded by 3 high school guys (one of which is my son).
A song about appearing perfectly "okay" on the outside, but, inside - being completely torn apart.
A song about loving someone for years - and realizing JUST how much they truly mean to you. "The green that burns down to my soul..."
When you're running as fast as you can - and then, you try to run even faster. That's when you realize, you're "Not More Than A Man".
A symbolic song - depicting conflict through music.
Every relationship - as with all things - has its moment in the sun... This song is about "Our Time"
A pop song about (what else) falling in love just a little bit at a time... and, before you realize it, you've given your life over completely to it.
Just when things are starting to look their worst, sometimes you just have to remind yourself that "THINGS CHANGE"
The ways of the world truly ARE strange! This is a beautiful, soft and soulful ballad about a long distance relationship... that both people realize is slowly falling apart.
A song about a love that just didn't quite make it... but, it's also a song about hope.
A song that just HAD to be written... anyone who's dreamt of love - and then actually found it - will understand why.
This is a straight ahead pop tune - written several years ago. A tune for when that "special someone" decides you're not "quite so special" anymore.
