Named after Hungarian born pianist and composer FÖLDVÁRI Gergely currently living in Budapest and New York, the Gergely Foldvari Trio (GFT) plays the frontman's post-bebop, latin influenced world fusion compositions, featuring virtuoso accompaniment to the lyric and dynamic improvisations and uniquely harmonised and melodious piano themes. GFT's double live CD "Sun, Rise!" (MusicBank - Universal) documents two fantastic concerts, with a great crowd. At their concerts, GFT regularely features guest vocalists and other instrumentalists. Gergely Földvári has been recently working under the stagename: GREGO

How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
In the long run, technology always influences art, but the core element of expression remains constant - a human value.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
