mama told me: is a blues/jazz guitar tune played with my trio acoustic bass, percussion and me on guitar. It too has a lot of George Benson influences along with another great jazz guitarist Jim Hall. His chord soloing and playing has also influenced my own style as I still listen to him these days. I love the sound of simplicity such as a jazz guitar trio without the harmonies clashing between the guitar and a keyboard or another guitar.
