My First Post as "Fred User": I got an email for this pretty decent deal from CompGeeks
- and for those of you starting to collect music and videos, this
little unit right here might just do you the trick.
Comes with an external hard drive to get you started.
Just copy (and organize!) your files onto the drive, plug it into
the WD TV, power everything up, and bingo ... entertainment
on your big screen, or whatever drives your "viewer".
Sorry, this wasn't meant to advertize a site, just something
I recently got.
No harm intended. [go there]
Artists: Why you should give more to get more: A simple rule of thumb as a artist, is to give as much as possible to your fans. Whatever type of audience you are going for, you want to put out as much content as you can for these people. If your fans like videos, you should be making a video a day at least. If your fans love to see live shows, sitting in your house, won't help you gather fans. You can complain about the state of the music industry, but the facts are the same: You can do whatever you want in life, it all depends on you. You can wait around for the next big opportunity, or you can go out and make those connections yourself....
