Ode to mankind
Look, listen every day What this world has to say See the signs along the way Witness the earths decay Mans needs we are told Cause these events to unfold Fire, famine, floods behold The dreams we have been sold Bigger, better faster car Empty planes traveling far Emerald forests now a scar How our footprints do mar Oh how my heart does weep Toss and turn cannot sleep Mountain high oceans deep What will our kids have to keep We leave behind a sorry mess So uncaring and thoughtless As caretakers we are useless When theres no button to pr...

One Heart At a Time/the little song (with no name): Two songs for the price of one! The sixties changed my life in every conceivable way. Period. The intentional plagiarism of the first line is intended as a tribute to George Harrison, a key figure for me from that era. The sound clips of the sixties that separate the songs were provided by my good friend Charlie Boyd. It's five and half minutes long so if you listen through, I thank you kindly.
