Band History:
G.A.S. was originally formed by David Gordon(KingDavid) in 2003, after recieving a revelation from God about the Music Ministry. And after doing music 15 years his way, he decided to "let go and let God", and doors have been opening ever since. Late 2003, early 2004, David started HundredFold Productions, and now manages and produces G.A.S., artist Natalie, Tyrone, and new artist Uptown.
Both King David and Uptown attend KCBT, and are actively serving in the ministry there for the Youth Groups and various other ministries.
Natalie is serving her country in the Navy, but still has a part in the ministry.
In Nov 2005, G.A.S received Honorable mention for song "Amerika" for the National Day Of Prayer songsearch.com.
G.A.S. produced and recorded song for the Community Blood Center called "Give Blood, Give Life".
G.A.S. made the finals with the Band Across Kansas City campaign in their genre.
The first G.A.S. CD was released Dec 2005 and the CompilationVol 1 released June 2006. The promotional tour started in January 2005 at Holy HipHop Awards(3 times) in Atlanta and then on to various venues throughout the country, also have opened for groups Like MercyMe, Jeremy Camp, Sarah Kelly, and other national/local Acts. The music is described as having a Mid-Dirty type sound with Christian based lyrics, uplifting choruses, and banging beats. Performances are descibed as Powerful and Moving!!! Sets can last anywhere from 5-30 minutes and are usually performed to CD instrumentals.
HundredFold Production and its artist are committed to serving God and with His Anointment we use RAP (Righteous Anointed Prophecy), through Music Ministry to reach the lost and inspire the saved!!
