F.A.M. is an independent label that I own with 10 artists. We sold a little under 10,000 units this past year alone. We do hip hop and reggaeton. We also have an ill in-house production staff.
Why this name?
It basically means family broken down into what a family should be(always mighty).
Do you play live?
We do alot of live shows. Biggest moments were opening for Mary J. Blige and Puff Daddy in the same month.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
It's kind of like the curse and the cure. It helps you before you get on and then due to bootlegging, well you know the rest!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Maybe. If the situation is right. We do okay.
