Jesus said Jesus said
What Jesus (and Paul) said about love and our responsibility or response to that.

Isaiah43 Isaiah43
Do not be afraid because God is with us and for us. Where ever we go, what ever we do, God will be there with us and see us through it if we call on Him.

Psalms 136 Psalms 136
This song is about giving God thanks in every situation. He loves us and is always there for us, no matter what, and in that our response is to simply, Give Thanks!

Deeper Deeper
A song about going deeper with God. A desire from the heart and spirit to experience more of God.
ForeRunner is a rock-based worship band committed to worshipping God in spirit and in truth.
...and it is he who will go as a forerunner before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers back to the children, and the disobedient to the attitude of the righteous; so as to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. Luke 1:17 (NAS)
Band/artist history
ForeRunner was started by Eugene Berg.
Eugene is a songwriter who wanted to do more with the gifts/talents God gave him and not hide them away.
He writes music prophetically and has learned to be lead by the Holy Spirit to deliver lyrics that both encourage and provoke thought/change in our lives.
He also enjoys leading people into the presence of God as worship pastor.
Jim Christensen is the bass, man.
He is the man.
David Mckinney is the drummer. He plays the drums, man. I mean he plays those things.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Yes, we have played out and will contunue to play out. We've been everywhere, man.
Your musical influences
ForeRunner is for the most-part a rock/alternative style music/band.
Forgive us though if once in awhile we venture off into some different styles.
Anything else?
ForeRunner is in the passionate pursuit of the manifest presence of God. Like King David, they desire to see the hearts of people changed to become a place where worship occurs 24/7/365.
ForeRunner has the ultimate goal of glorifying God by leading His people to worship and to provoke one another unto good works.
To God be the glory.

Psalm 136 is a nice interpretation, very up tempo and well done. You might enjoy the Psalm 136 that my 1990's music group did. We were called Ruach and did jewish style Klezmer music. You can find the link here

b well Peace r ROCK
This has so much emotion while still getting the message across of God, Jesus and love.
This new music is good. Maybe not as good as the last cd however you deserve kudos for the use of scripture in your lyrics. Don't abandon the bluesy sound. The new music kind of sounds like a group called foreverafter.
