You do not have any rights to the beats for free. Don’t violate the copyright or legal action will be taken. I will NOT send out any beats untagged unless a license is purchased.

Contact us to purchase a license to sell your songs over our beats legally. All beats will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your purchase along with a signed contract. To order, use the beat store on our site. All major credit cards and PayPal accepted. We do accept Western Union also. Money Order and Checks are currently not accepted.

Non-Exclusive License/Lease ($40) - You will receive an untagged 256kbps encoded MP3-file of the instrumental. This file will be delivered to you digitally. Leasing rights allow you to use the purchased beat for one commercial recording up to 2500 units. No radio uses or live performances allowed. You will receive a contract giving you non-exclusive rights to the beat. You will have to give full credits to the producer. No tracking out service available.

Exclusive License ($750-$1500) - Prices vary by beat. You will receive the instrumental tracked out in WAV-files along with a signed contract. You are permitted to use the beat for unlimited projects and purposes, except reselling the beat by itself. You will become the sole owner of the beat. The instrumental will be listed as SOLD and the download option will be removed from our site. You will have to give full credits to the producer.
