Why this name?
Doctor Memory is a running joke amongst a group of old friends. It stems from the brilliant writing of The Firesign Theatre.
I named my first recording computer Doctor Memory. The current machine is Doctor Memory' (Prime).

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
I honestly can't see a major label being interested in what I'm doing.
