The new SoundClick mp3 player - ZoneAlarm Pro issue

ZoneAlarm Pro blocks audio streams

Most firewalls work fine with our new mp3 player. But if you have a ZoneAlarm Pro or ZoneAlarm Security Suite, you have an option for 'Privacy'.
With this option enabled, ZoneAlarm blocks all Flash audio streams. It seems to be a known issue with ZoneAlarm (see link below). Please note that the free ZoneAlarm firewall has no problem with our mp3 player, only ZA Pro and ZA Security Suite.

There are two options to enable audio streams again:

1. Disable the 'Privacy Setting'
This is a fast and easy way to get rid of this problem. This is also the default setting for ZoneAlarm. Please open your ZoneAlarm administrator, go to 'Privacy' and set 'Cookie Control' and 'Ad Blocking' to off (see screenshot). That's it!

2. Set soundclick.com to trusted sites
We must state that this option did not work in our tests. But please see this page from the official ZoneAlarm forum on how to do this.
