Very ecclectic...

I just put together what sounds good to me and hope other people like it.

I like the word ecclectic, it means you aren't trapped by rules and dogma.
Yeah, I know it is supposed to only have one "C", but in my universe it has two "C's".
I make my music the same way.

Most of my music doesn't fit the "formulas" for a specific genre and I think it makes it sound unique.

Why this name?
Cause I am "The bor"
Do you play live?
At Synorgy, check out http://www.synorgy.org
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
I think it makes it more fair for the consumer. You can see if you really like the music on a specific album. People get tired of buying an album because they like one specific song and it is the only decent track. There is a caveat however... If people just download mp3's at some point bands will lose their incentive to produce music. It is expensive to produce decent music.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
It would depend on the contract. I would like to sell some of my stuff to be pressed in vinyl so DJ's can mix it.
Band History:
My band's history is my history since I am a one-man-band. I have been producing music for a couple of years and only been making really decent stuff for maybe the last 6 months. There is a learning curve with everything and it takes awhile to learn how to make the machines do what you want them to do.
Your influences?
I like to make noise, it is great when it sounds like a song. My major musical influences have been Jean Michel Jarre, Mannheim Steamroller, David Arkenstone, Davol and Toby Emerson. Not that my music sounds anything like them. I just like their stuff.
Favorite spot?
Anywhere that has an ocean. I live in Utah, the Great Salt Lake doesn't quite cut it. Someplace where it doesn't snow and get cold would be good also.
Equipment used:
Commodore 64 computer.
Tesla Coil.
8 Track tape deck and spring reverb from a 55 Chevy.
2500 Watt Industrial Microwave.
16 Sony BetaMAX video recorders wired in parallel and controlled by a TRS-80 computer.
Surplus Cyclotron and Particle Accelerator from an abandoned nuclear test site.
Anything else...?
Yes, I am a smart ass. But my music is fun to listen to.

Legit DJ's and mixers... send me an e-mail and I will give you enhanced mp3s of my stuff so you can play around with it.
