If you find yourself becoming a fan of Debbie Henning's music, you'll find you are not alone. With SEVEN #1 Hits at the former MP3.com to her credit, Debbie has made her mark around the world.

Able to adapt her 4 octave voice to whom ever she sings with, Debbie has as many as 7 working live acts going at any given time, including one with her daughter, Trish. The mother/daughter team is warmly received wherever they go.

Missouri born and self-taught, Debbie offers a unique style that you won't find anywhere else. At times her voice is so low, you'd swear it IS Gordon Lightfoot. And in the next moment, she is undeniably all woman!

She began playing at the age of 8, by sneaking to play her older brother's guitar...QUITE a risky thing to do! It wasn't until she was 14 that her Dad bought her a 12-string Gibson Cortez. This is the guitar that Debbie used to hone her skills and develop her unique picking skills.

Just a few of the things that have been said about Debbie...

"Debbie is no doubt a gifted song writer and performer"...Shelley Hiestand; Superior Music and Sound "Debbie is a very talented performer and songwriter"...Pat Glenn; former president Oklahoma Songwriters & Composers Association "a very distinctive style"...Arts Council of OKC "an exceptional performer"...Gary Good; Entertainment & Speakers Bureau "Rarely do I meet an artist that possesses such a passion for music."...Aletha Dewbre; Southwest Blues magazine; "Debbie Henning will have you reaching for your hankerchief with her excellent song, Ocean of Emotion. Debbie's vocals really tug at the heart strings, and the strings of her acoustic jangle an evocative and perfectly executed accompaniment. The grand tradition of female singer/songwriters is well represented here in the form of the excellent Debbie Henning. Enjoy!"...Steve Elliot, Acoustic Guitar Workshop and publisher "Debbie has the ability to take on any song and make you like it. She and Trish are my favorite Oklahoma songbirds!"...Keri Leigh, Founder of Oklahoma Blues society, W. C Handy award nominee and publisher of Soul to Soul

A lifelong and true respect for her craft. Inspirational lyrics. Intelligent melodic structures and a voice that sends a shiver directly up the center of your back and makes the hairs stand up on the scruff of your neck...A woman singing the blues...a style that should come natural to them with the various heartaches and pitfalls that happen in life...and this lady can sing the blues... Gods of Music
