SoundClick artist: dcallen - melodic electronic music for people who don't like electronic music

dcallen is just me and my computer and a couple serious software programs. I compose music for pure enjoyment. I write what I like and if someone else enjoys it, that's just a bonus.

Why this name?

it's my name, well, sort of my name...

Do you play live?

no, I don't play live and I try to write music that couldn't be played live.

Would you sign a record contract with a major label?

I would love to compose music for a living, who wouldn't...

Your influences?

I've had a variety of influences, but my compositions seem to lean toward Tangerine Dream, Alan Parsons Project, etc.

Favorite spot?

my study at home, most comfortable

Equipment used:

All my music is created on a Dell Precision WorkStation 690 (with 2 dual-core Xeon processors), E-MU 1820m soundcard, with Sonar 7 Producer Edition, Reason 4, Native Instruments Komplete 4, and Project5 software, and the awesome Access Virus TI Polar synth.
