It is amazing all the twists and turns that life can take. Even more amazing is that God has a plan throughout it all.
We made a living singing in smoky bars throughout Kansas and Nebraska (and sometimes Colorado) in the 90s. In 1999, we had been out of college for a few years and just couldn't burn the candle at both ends anymore. Working all week and losing sleep with late nights in those smoky bars just wasn't necessary at that point - so we gave it up. And rather unintentionally, we got wrapped up in work and other aspects of life and our music fell to the side.
Fast forward to 2007, and we volunteered for the Saturday Nite Revive Band at our church, Aldersgate United Methodist. With The Lord's help, the musical rust fell off quickly, and we felt inspired. It is absolutely awesome to be playing music with a purpose!

Do you play live?
Aldersgate United Methodist Church in Wichita, KS, every week at 5:30 PM for the Saturday Nite Revive Service. If you are in Wichita, come join us!
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
We are raising children and not at a point where we could tour and support a release, so we really doubt this is an option.
Your influences?
Too many to list them all. We love nearly all genres of music and have played many in the past. Classic and Contemporary Rock, Country and Blues all have their place in our music library. And while we like all of those sounds, it is the positive message of Jesus Christ that is our biggest influence today.
