Just a bored amateur noodling on my guitar....

I've just started writing my own music. I'd like to keep things simple, raw and bluesy, songs I could pull off around a campfire with an acoustic (or electric without a band), but it's not really panning out that way! Let me know if you like any of the songs, I'm a whore for praise!
Do you play live?
I'd like to play live if I could get up the nerve, and I get enough positive feedback that anyone actually likes what I'm doing. Otherwise I'll just continue to annoy the neighbors.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
If it'd get me a new car!
Band History:
Played rhythm with some friends in a local cover band, typical bar tunes, but the other guitarist was so good I could have dropped dead and you wouldn't have missed me. We had a singer as well so I just had to strum out chords.
Your influences?
Blues, especially the old raw stuff...Lightning Hopkins, HoundDog Taylor, R.L. Burnside, SeaSick Steve, Black Keys...
Equipment used:
Fender 52RI Telecaster straight into a Fender Deluxe Reverb I rebuilt. A Boss RC-2 Looper is used on some songs for backing/drums.
Anything else...?
I've only started to attempt singing in the past year as well, so bare with me if I'm off-key more often than not.
