Yesterday's gone, tomorrow await, let it all go and you too will be free!
If you're looking to go deeper, CYU is for you!Band/artist history
The first single that CYU released for radio play was titled, "Compared to Who?" , which can be purchased as limited release unitl they're gone (300) left...
In 1998 CYU was offered a major recording contract if we would change our message and music style. It became obvious very quickly that the unique sound which made us who we were would inevitably be drowned out within a sea of commercialism: What the record executives at that time deemed "Today's sound." Through much prayer and soul searching, we chose to turn down the contract and focus wholeheartedly on the path that God had shown us.
This first release was what we considered to be our calling card and I have to say that it did ruffle some feathers at first. People are constantly trying to compare all of us to something. I'm sure many of you reading this have heard things like "you’re too this or you’re too that, or how about, "why can't you be more like so & so..."
It is our ‘soul’ purpose to tell and show by example, that God has called each one of you to do a 'unique' work for Him and He alone equips you for the task at hand by giving you talents and gifts. The minute you start to conform or covet another’s gifts, you thwart the plan that God has uniquely devised for you.
Again, CYU stands for "Celebrate Your Uniqueness in Christ" and if you want to succeed where many fall short, dare to be who you were uniquely created to be!
Ro 8: 28-31 says that you are uniquely formed and perfect for God’s Plan!

Your musical influences
Taken from a recent review, "What equipment do you use?
You will always hear Acoustic guitars: Ron's Taylor and Destiny's Ovation, lots of percussion and strings.
More often than not you will hear a bass, and sometimes, drums. Guest appearances are a regular for CYU as we love to get together with other bands, artist's etc.,Contact
