I've been producing for a couple of years now, but half as long "seriously".Have you performed in front of an audience?Performing my tunes live isn't something I've even started to think about!
Your musical influences
I'm classically trained on guitar and sax. That took me into playing soul,funk and rock before I got into dance music. I guess it gives me a good grounding in music and gives me inspiration when thing's dry up. Main influences must be hard dance and breaks.What equipment do you use?
Custom (home-built) P4 2.5 and running Cubase VST5 and Reason. Currently upgrading to Cubase SX and Reason 2.5.
I also use a Novation Remote 25 MIDI keyboard, Soundforge and a number of VST instruments.
