You will receive a 192-kbps encoded MP3 file of the song, untagged (free of soundmarks) and a copy of the raw .wav file.

Non-exclusive rights will allow you to use the beat for one commercial for-profit recording. This recording can then be duplicated through a profitable medium, limited to 2000 copies or less. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional or demo use. You will receive a contract in the mail granting you non-exclusive rights to the beat. Non-exclusive rights will remain intact for the buyer even after Exclusive rights eventullly get sold off afterwards.
