Why this name?
The two 'B's' are from my names and are my initials. The surname is my real name, so no choice was necessary!
Do you play live?
I love playing live in and around London, where I live, whenever I can. Performing live makes music come alive - it's so much more personal than listening to a recording.
How, do you think, does the internet (or mp3) change the music industry?
The age of computing has made music much more accessible to the world. Ten or fifteen years ago, it would have been unthinkable for my work to have reached so many people in so many different countries, and I'm both excited and overwhelmed to have had that opportunity.
Would you sign a record contract with a major label?
Sure - offers this way please!
Band History:
BB was originally born in Morocco and has lived most of her life in London, UK. She has performed in a West End musical, and has appeared in several one-off TV shows. BB has previously performed as a club dancer and has worked as a radio broadcaster on Big L - Radio London. BB loves meeting her fans and playing live - gigs are being drawn up, so check back regularly for details of upcoming events.

Becki says "It's funny to say, and I have travelled extensively pretty much most of Europe and some of the other continents, but I love London. It's beautiful - breath taking at times. Sure, it doesn't have that romantic edge that France sends out, but if you really take a look, you'll see the amazing architechture. You'll see the parks, the museums, the theatres and the live music venues. You can't help but agree, there's no place like home! I particularly love Primrose Hill or Regents Park - I often take a morning jog there."

"I love my scooter and the speed of getting around my lovely city without waiting in traffic jams."
