Nobody Home Nobody Home

Nice instrumental ballad with a beat and a hint of jazz.

Smooth Jazz

Picture for song 'Lost Caravan' by artist 'Bill Dickson'

Lost Caravan Lost Caravan

A moody type of song that has a little more percussion then most newage songs but it fits. There are no strings or pads which is also not consistent with newage. This song actually doesn't fit completly in any genre.

1) Just above here click on 'music' link 2) The page with my songs will load 3) To the right of each song click 'lo-fi' link 4) FM Stereo quality version will play in real time. I play keyboard, guitar, and harmonica, write and arrange my own instrumental music for the shear enjoyment of it. If any interest is generated I will put out a Hi-Fi version on CD?
Band/artist history
I have been writing instrumental music for about 19 years and have had some mild success selling a few tunes to internet sites, game programs, commercials etc. I also write custom music for a price. I write it, you pay for it, you own it and I don't even care if you say you wrote it.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I am not currently playing live due to health reasons.
Your musical influences
I am influenced by any form of quality music that doesn't rely on screaming, discord, or profanity to make it's point. If it sounds good then anything goes. The least likely genres to find my music are Rap, Metal, Grunge and Opera. The only thing that matters with music is, "Does it sound good?"
What equipment do you use?
Electric and acoustic guitars, Roland keyboard controller, Roland SC-88 Pro sound module, Edirol SD-90 Studio Canvas, a pair of loaded PC's, tons of music software, mixers, and effects processors.
Anything else?
I like to experiment with music and sometimes have trouble figuring out which genre to park my music in. If Brittany Spears was ugly would she ever have sold her first record?
