Black Orpheus Black Orpheus
I was in a wonderful Bossa Nova trio before the singer moved to Florida. This song features the magnificent David Souza on guitar

Waltzing the Rainbow Waltzing the Rainbow
A possibly familiar standard that I tried to make palatable by mucking with the time, tempo, and instrumentation. With BIAB backing (sorry!)

It Could Happen It Could Happen
A virtual tenor duet. Hey - if it could happen to me, it could happen to you!

Waitin for the Ice Cream Man Waitin for the Ice Cream Man
This is a beautiful bop duet from Miles Donahue's 'Jazz Workbook'. I took lessons from Miles for several years and he continues to be an inspiration for me.

Phrygian Phantasy Phrygian Phantasy
This is a multi-tracked tenor and baritone saxophone improvisation.

This "band" is mostly just me doing a variety of multi-tracking jazz saxophone experiments either by myself or in virtual collabs with some friends.
I moved a bunch of the Sax on the Web Song of the Week tunes to a new Soundclick site:
http://www.soundclick.com/larryssotwclips - so if you're looking for something that used to be here, check there!
Have you performed in front of an audience?

Hey Larry,
Thanks for the comments! Glad you liked the tracks- yes they are all my own compositions. Stay in touch and keep up the good work!
Cheers,
Ben
Great stuff, Larry!
I really like your sound, reminds me a bit of Getz. Love the soloing on Dindi! Beautiful! I'm an English saxophonist- alto- living in Brazil (just cooking some feijoada now actually!), play a lot of bossa and compose tunes too (check my site if you like).
Good luck and keep up the work!
Cheers, Ben
