About the song
I was raised by a Conservative Christian and forcefed the hardline, right-wing philosophy for the majority of my life, and, for the life of me, don't understand why more people don't see through the lies, contradictions, and manipulation of the so-called "Moral Majority".
While this song can be seen as a protest song against George W. Bush and the Iraq War, it's just as much about my dad and the people he associates himself with.
