This song was written by Sent Back. It shows his ability to both write a song and freestyle as well. He spent a lot of time working on this song, but at the end he adds some free style.

I counted the measures of this song and told Fuegonot to do verses and choruses, just to do a continual flowing song for the amount of measures that I had counted as Sent Back rapped it for me. However, Fuego couldn't get it the exact amount of measures, so there was about six or so extra measures on the end, and Sent Back free styled those measures, you probably can't tell. This song shows his style of slowing up , slowing down and including sing-song in his rap as well. I think this comes from all of his listening of different styles of rap. He seems to include East Coast, and West Coast in this song. He also shows much feeling, and was very annointed in the studio as he delivered the song. He had just got out of the hospital a week before for Gall bladder surgery, and he was week, but you couldn't tell it from the recording.
