From gray clouds above
Fall as tears of love

We gather here
To bow heads and pray
Words come hard to say

Up the stairway

Keep this rose
So you’ll always know
I love you below

When you look down
All the roses you see
Will be smiles from me

Save this rose
Until it’s my time
For those stairs to climb

As you hold me close
Give me back this rose
