The Call

All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disiples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching all I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

So why do we live, to struggle and make it
I got a chance to make a difference and homey im gonna take it
God, show me grace when I speak, taking the truth to the street
Never surrender retreat, sowing the seed
That’s one out of four gonna hear it and listen
So that’s three out out of four that we need to keep fishing
Jesus Christ, He’s not a man made tradition
On a mission to convict once a week kinda Christians
Represent the faith but the fruit is clearly missing
Let down by the church, never told to stop sinning
Jesus Christ, let’s keep a hold of the vision
Got to reach for the lost and follow the great commission
The master of us all who scourges into submission
Have mercy on our souls and save us from our condition
The powers in Your blood to put our sins in remission
Or it’s bottomless perdition predictions like John Milton

Lord, give eyes to see
We’re meant to do more than to simply survive
We need You in our view Lord, give us Your eyes
Lord, give ears to hear
And how we gonna hear through our sinful walls
Help us listen for Your voice and to hear the call

Christ took the lowly and meek, made em his friends
Pulled em off a boat and made em fishers of men
Then – He made disciples who made disciples again
Now we make insightful disciples until the world ends
And – you can witness just by giving a hand
Or you study up your Bible and help em to understand
Ask - the Holy Spirit it’s completely God’s plan
He don’t stop at conversion but transformation of man
Lets – get together, work out each of our views
So we can start to work together getting’ sinners in pews
True – Half the church is lost dazed and confused
And we need to start here when bringing the good news
You – got the chance to worship God as He wishes
Through His Son Jesus Christ by your love and commitment
By you living in His Spirit which is not a religion
But a Partner in your journey of life of Christ living
