About the song
I recorded this one to play at our 20 year high school reunion. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to flesh it out as a band, so I'm posting it in its demo state. I hope to be able to complete it someday soon.
Lyrics
Remembered

I dreamt I was 20 years younger last night.
Well I dreamt I was 20 years younger last night.
And everything I thought so important before
really didn't seem so important no more.
I wish I had then what I have in hindsight

I dreamt of everybody we'd lost to the fight.
Well I dreamt of everybody we'd lost along the ride.
They all said, "Sorry to have left you behind,
but we couldn't wait for you on the other side."
They told me to tell you that they're doing alright.

In the sunshine, you are remembered.
In the sunshine...

I dreamt of the angels and the saints last night.
Well I dreamt of the angels and the saints last night.
They all said, "Love is your hell to define;
but to find your definition's every answer to why."
Maybe it's the only thing worthy of pride.

I dreamt that the future of the world was bright.
Yes I dreamt that the future of the world was bright,
where the young ones march to the beat of a drum,
that only wants to call them to the floor to have fun.
I hope these dreams come to see light
