In a relationship, some of us take our words.. promises for granted. We may pledge our lives and sing praises and do wonderful things when it feels right.

However, when things don't go our way, we forget what we said we'll do. We forget and turn against ourselves, and eventually, it gets to those around us. We think we'll bear the consequences ourselves, but we can only take so much. The rest will have to seep out somewhere.. to be vented out somewhere. Sometimes, it's those we love the most.

What can I say? I'm guilty of this too. Especially towards God. Everytime i go to church and sing those worship songs, hear some powerful message, my mind is like "yea! I'm gonna be totally committed this time! theres no turning back!" Then as Monday comes along, Tuesday.. Wednesday.. and by the time i reach Thursday, it feels as though I forgot my purpose in life. And I indulge myself in the evils, and temptations around me. Then Sunday comes.. and the whole cycle repeats itself. A sick cycle carousel.
