Ever My Eyes Upon You
This was came from a prayer of mine for forgivness as I recommitted my life to the Lord Jesus Christ. I have not been the same man I was since and have been blessed with God's grace ever since.

About the song
I was baptized in 1978 and mad a commitment to the Lord but fell away being a kid. When the Lord showed me I could be a musician he lead me out of the rock realm and gave me new understanding of his grace and reality.
In those days I would get up early and study and play my guitar for him alone in garden places and wilderness places as I could find them. Through situation and circumstance I made some mistakes, became self-condemning and spent several years trying to regain that childlike faith and joy I once had.
This song comes from my desperate plea for forgiveness and understanding and is my response that day to the Lord for his loving kindness, grace, and mercy. Now I understand what those words really mean and the Lord has not ever let me forget that morning the fear that not trusting him brings.
This song ministered to my younger brother and some of my close friends and I have had the joy of seeing my little brother not only recommit his life to the Lord, but have also been allowed to watch the Lord change his heart and make him a great man of God. This is confirmation to me from God himself!
We must depend on The Lord Jesus completely! Never give in to doubt. Seek his face and the teaching of his word daily, this is our strength, our wisdom, our light, and that light we reflect as we walk through the valley of the shadow of death, which is this world we live in.
May God bless you through this simple song too,
Ken
