Sound Barrier Productions officially formulated early 2007. We've been making tracks for top industry artist for years. So if you know what ghostwriter's are we are ghostbeat makers coming out of the closet, scaring you with a banger:) Boo! Seriously, we are slowly establishing our credibility with the public, finally, and are looking for talent that can contribute to this silent movement. If interested as an Artist, Producer, or both please contact: Diapolis.sbp@gmail.com
I'm a former sound engineer/DJ for the Atlantic 10 at D-1 college basketball games for over 3 years. All played live on National Television in front of at least 4,000-5,000 people at a time.
James "Jay Dilla" Yancey, Madlib, Justin Blaze, RZA, 9th wonder and Black Milk, Khrysis, are my major influences.
I'm more into a soul/funk, jazzy type beats. My favorite style of beatmaking is sampling from those particular genre's. So if you like albums like Slum Village's Fantastic Vol. 2, Anything J. Dilla, Anything Black Milk, then you'll like my material.

The bottom line is you have to have talent to make good music regardless what equipment you have. I know producers with million dollar studios but lack the talent to pump out quality beats.
I'm staying on my grind and will continue to work hard in the studio. The evolution of my beat making ability will blossom due to my diligence.
I'm willing to study all kinds of music too so send me feedback positive or negative so that I can make adjustments. Becuase in my mind, a beat is never complete.
Be easy.
