About the song
I end up writing an 'I dont understand' poem for my english class and then I made two versions of it, the original poem version I was to turn in for class and this version that I used as a song.

V1:
I don’t understand, why my face looks like this?>
Why better looking people bring down my confidence?>
Why are there people who think, they’re better than others?>
Why are there little children, born without a mother?>
Why does prejudice exist, in this world?>
Against race and sex, between a boy and girl?>
When will we be equal, in this system?>
Of multiple race, sex, speech and religion?>
H:
Nobody knows,
Why the world’s this way>
And I wanna know,
Will it ever change?>
Between now and beyond,
A new generation>
Of equality,
In this population>
(‘Cause no one’s perfect)
V2:
Why do people judge others, by the way they dress?>
Or the way they walk or talk, and never show respect?>
I wish there was some way, that we can stop judging others>
And live like a family, of sisters and brothers>
With no differences, by the color of your skin>
‘Cause we all bleed the same, and we all have sinned>
We all have beliefs, which contradict with some>
Why can’t some compromise, without a gun?>
H:
Nobody knows,
Why the world’s this way>
And I wanna know,
Will it ever change?>
Between now and beyond,
A new generation>
Of equality,
In this population>
(‘Cause no one’s perfect)
