Honky Tonk Rocker With A little Twist of Humor

Wanted to write something simple and funny:)

I was lucky enough one Saturday night
To walk in to Ernie's and to my delight
There sat a female godess of the sort you seldom see
She was wearin a Stetson (that's a cowboy hat)
And a V-neck sweater - would you look at that!
There's a woman for every man and this one's for me

And I thought

Saddle me up like a Tennessee Walker
Got to warn you girl I'm not much of a talker
Like to let my lips get to know your ups and downs
Wrap your arms around me and take me for a ride
words can't express what I'm feeling inside
just saddle me up and ride this cowboy home

She touched her lips with the tips of her fingers
then her eyes caught mine and they kinda lingered
on my snake skin boots and my overworked blue jeans
and it was more than blood pressure that started to rise
like a siren of old she had me mezmorized
just one glance from her and I wanted to scream

and I said

Got to warn you girl I'm not much of a talker
Like to let my lips get to know your ups and downs
Wrap your arms around me and take me for a ride
words can't express what I'm feeling inside
just saddle me up and ride this cowboy home

Well she stood up slowly with a twist of her hips
Grabbed her drink from the bar and left a big tip
Walked over to me like a feline looking for lunch
Sh said, "I'm lonely cowboy want you take me on home
I'm a grown up girl that hates to be alone
Could you help me out boy?" And I said, "I'd like that a bunch"

And I said
