About the song
Hey Darlin
a nice atmospheric acoustic tune which i composed really quickly but took ages to finish, i decided with this to add a bit of musique concrete in the form of footsteps and howling wind, really pleased with this one, i may redo the vocals as i think i can sing it better in places (as usual!!).
The song tells the tale of someone (not me!) trying to save a relationship through emotional blackmail, i thought it was about time i got out the first person if i am to develop as a songwriter so i class this as my first ever character song.
