About the song

I was riding shotgun from Nashville to Indiana and passed a shiny green sign that said "Bonnieville 7". At the same time, I was listening to the news on the radio and I was getting VERY annoyed by what is essentially gossip in the daily news. I thought, "Well, if something terrible happened in Bonnieville, eventually the entire world would come to see it because they are so incredibly nosy... and eventually that same terrible thing would happen to the entire world."

And now we have "Gates to Bonnieville."
