I got the inspiration of this song while meditating on one of my earlier song about running into the presence of God and the idea of the deer panting for His living water inspired my spirit.

This is a personal worship song to declare to the world and enemy Who our God is.
He is our Counselor, Prince of Peace, everlasting Father and mighty God. There is none that be compared to Him.

The song also to challenge believers to seek and yearn after God, Who is our portion and the Rock of our salvation.
