About the song
I don't think it's astonishing I wrote this song when I had exams at university. You know, I couldn't sleep and my heart was racing with fear of failing - I actually needed some kind of mantra that would calm me down. So, I wrote the chorus in the middle of the night, slowly telling me heart to calm down...
