About the song
Named for the 1978 powder blue Saab I drove most of my senior year in high school, this song was written during that year. "Big Blue" is not only in reference to the car, but also to Joe Satriani's CD Flying In a Blue Dream which literally made me want to write instrumental guitar songs. This song is off of my CD You Can't Escape Life
