About the song

I remember being a kid and really loving this song. Al B Sure seemed so cool to me and I wanted to be just like him. I really liked his laid back delevery of the song. I thought it might be cool to add my own flavor to the song and give it a more soulful delivery. I wanted the song to retain some of the elements of the original but still feel like a totally new song.
