the story is really the reason torsion fields exists in the first place- a way to make music without adhering strictly to a band stucture, but also keeping the sound and textures tight like a ban dwould. i guess the best of both world you might say. another late night production with sam, matt and john. sam wrote the riff, and matt held down the dense textured low end, sam drummed along to what ever casio we were using that night, and john was on lead guitar. the yelps were added during the mix down, john apparently just lost control. we have some awesome stuff that was never touched on ADAT that we need to get to from this time period as well, & theres some pink-noise excursions waiting to be re-discovered.
